12/02 Workshop: Enjoy Writing; Put Your Mind at Ease–Free Writing Workshop

Enjoy Writing; Put Your Mind at Ease–Free Writing Workshop

Writing hateful posts on Facebook, fretting about the problem on Line and posting pretty pictures on Instagram become our daily routine to express our thoughts and feelings.

Are you yourself on those social media?

We invite you to write down your frustration, weariness and setbacks in life.

Be honest to yourself when finding the balance between aspiration and reality.

Writing becomes a way of healing if there is no target reader but you; it will help you cleanse your consciousness when writing is only for reconciling with yourself.

In this workshop, you will be able to:

  1. Learn free writing skills and experience self-healing process.
  2. Cleanse your consciousness and unravel the cause of weariness
  3. Understand your emotion through writing the annoyance or disagreeable events in your life.

Let’s start to write if you would like to face the sense of loss in your life.
