Why Do We Hurt the One We Love?On Conflict and Communication in Intimate Relationships


In a relationship, the longer we love each other, the more frequently we fight.

“All you care about is yourself! You don’t give a sh*t of how I feel!”

“No matter how hard I try, you’re never satisfied…”

Is your relationship so suffering that you fear it will fall apart?


Conflicts in an intimate relationship are like having a cold,

An alert to urge you to adjust the way you used to communicate and to get along with each other.

Let’s learn how to have a good “fight” to boost your relationship immunity!


After the lecture, you will:

  1. Understand your partner’s side from the conflicts.
  2. Learn how to communicate and to express yourself properly in an intimate relationship.
  3. Learn to set proper boundaries in an intimate relationship.
