Dec. 14 (Sat.) Workshop: Dream Appreciation with Cocktails Workshop

Dec. 14 (Sat.) Workshop: Dream Appreciation with Cocktails Workshop

☆When Cocktails and Mental Healing Encounter Before Christmas

Dreams derive from problems and challenges in our daily life.

Therefore, Dreams are essentially our problem-solving devices.

                                              -Alfred Adler

Dreams are our loyal friends.

They always help us face life challenges and rediscover our courage.

Do you know what they want to tell you while you are asleep?

When the flavors of dreams meet the aroma of cocktails,

When we brew dreams together to release more enchanted relish,

Our “self” incarcerated in subconscious will be unleashed.

The mysterious self-healing system will hence be activated.

Looking forward to meeting you before Christmas

What Is Dream Appreciation

Dream appreciation is developed by an American psychiatrist, psychoanalyst and parapsychologist, Montague Ullman. It works through projections and interactions in groups and allows group members to explore metaphors and emotional energies embedded in dreams under a safe atmosphere. Dream appreciation believes that each member can experience the healing process in the dream appreciation group and becomes one’s own dream interpreter and healer.
