【Campus Workshop】2016/05/22 You’re just different, not alone─ A Self-Care Workshop for High Sensitivity Individuals

☆ Are You Highly Sensitive ?

□        Other people’s moods affect me.

□        I have a rich and complex inner life.

□        I seem to be aware of subtleties in my environment.

□        I am conscientious.

□        Changes in my life shake me up.

□        I am easily overwhelmed by strong sensory input.

If you answered some questions as true of yourself, you are probably highly sensitive. But no psychological test is so accurate that an individual should base his or her life on it. If fewer questions are true of you, but extremely true, that might also justify calling you highly sensitive.

Recommend those who think you’re highly sensitive coming to participate in this workshop.

This highly sensitive people self-exploration workshop will help you

  1. Find out your highly sensitive traits in every aspects of your life, including study, health, relations, and spiritual development.
  2. Have a new understanding of the highly sensitive advantages and have an embracement of the disadvantages.

Let’s have a more comfort life-style!
